He was very prompt and communicated in detail what he was going to do and what he was using. I was able to tell him that I didn't want certain areas done, mainly the kitchen cupboards due to my sensitivity to chemicals, and he accommodated that. When we came back into the house, there was no smell. We have been very happy with Bradly's service and would not hesitate to book him again.
